At Musafia Italia we try to build the best possible case in order to ensure your satisfaction for the full time you own it.
      
      

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

While many cases have a 30-day warranty (if they have one at all), Musafia Italia S.r.l. warranties the quality of your Musafia Cremona Italy case for as long as you own it (*). Should it require repair in this period due to defects of manufacture or materials, we'll either repair or replace it - at our discretion - free of charge to you except for postage, shipping, and eventual customs fees.  

Please note that, despite careful design and painstaking workmanship, nothing will last forever. Anything will eventually wear out. For that reason, normal wear is not covered by this warranty, nor is damage clearly owing to misuse or abuse. Attempts to repair the case undertaken without our written authorization will likewise void the warranty. The warranty covers only and exclusively the case itself and no other guarantees, such as liability, are implied.  

If, during normal maintenance at our workshop, work is required to a Musafia Cremona Italy case that can be traced to a defect of materials or workmanship, you will not be charged for it.

Please note that our warranty services are limited to the original purchaser who purchases the case from an Authorized Musafia Cremona-Italy Dealer. We may not be able to provide these services for cases purchased elsewhere, although in some circumstances and at our discretion, we may honor claims by after-acquirers of our product.
